Been awhile

I think you just answer your own question. If all college students are poor and come across a wallet the chance of them being nice and returning it with the money is 1-100. Most college students are poor as you say so they see a wallet they will across take the money inside.. Thats why it’s not good to carry to much money with you… At least with a debit or credit card you can cancel...
